Utah Esports fields teams in: League of Legends, Overwatch, Hearthstone and Rocket League. We annually evaluate and consider adding additional teams.
Our main competitions are as follows:
-Utah Rocket League competes in Collegiate Rocket League hosted by Epic Games and Face.it
-Utah League of Legends competes in College LoL hosted by Battlefy and Riot Games.
-Utah Overwatch competes in the Tespa Collegiate Series hosted by Tespa and Blizzard
-Utah Hearthstone competes in the Tespa Collegiate Series hosted by Tespa and Blizzard

Yes you must be admitted and enrolled as a full-time student to participate in the esports program
All student-athletes on Utah esports must be:
-full time students (24 credit hours a year)
-have a minimum 2.0 GPA
-maintain a 2.5 GPA while on scholarship
-Progress 20% of their degree each season and be on schedule to graduate in 5 years
No you do not. All students are welcome to tryout and participate on the University of Utah esports team
